• Instructions and procedures for functional and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) tests, including dynamic balancing and self-checks of semi-finished products.
• Management and monitoring of special specific tests in accredited laboratories.
• Application of painting processes, coatings, and special nuclear grade finishes suitable for the different areas defined in the NPP standards, decontaminating paint, etc.

Strict compliance with the ITP approved by the client. No manufacturing process begins without a Plan and ITP approved by the client

Quality and Certification

Custom replacement of obsolete motors, of both European and American technology, guaranteeing full dimensional and electrical interchangeability

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to verify the integrity of the motors.

Seismic Qualification Certification, based on internal analysis and calculations by Obeki Engineering, or by empirical tests in an independent laboratory (vibration tables).

Analysis and selection of materials to be used in the construction of the motor based on the radiation level of the environment. Collaboration with Nuclear Power Plants for the subsequent environmental approval of the motor.

Integration and alignment with the Quality Assurance System of each nuclear power plant.

Adaptation to the level of complexity of the supply. Obeki also contributes its capabilities for the supply of motors of Conventional Class with or without documentary requirements
